Bobby Nalzaro dropped by for a visit and to have lunch with the Cycluns and Cebu Businessmen, as well as politicians. Enjoyed the cool air, delicious home cooked Cantipla Salad with a couple of drinks.

Tiboy explained the success of the Foundation so far and discussed with Bobby environmental and political issues concerning the forest.

Unfortunately we had to notice a large portion of illegal logging along this slope.

But then luckily, we met these volunteers from Smart Telecommunications, who were exited to join the planting season and had spent almost the whole of theit sunday up on the mountain planting Cebu Cinnamon Trees.

Also the nursery has grown.

We got highly appreciated spiritual support last Friday, when we found ourselves unexpectedly at the reception hall of our Cardinal Vidal at his residence.

Fixing the site visit and mass schedule for next week. We’re surely all ecited to have him there with us and have him see the sucessful activities of the past years.

It seems that this new type of clams have decided to populate one of the smaller lakes that have started to collect water in the lower parts of the forests.

Ruben has helped us in identifying the Waratah-flower, so maybe there is someone out there who might know what kind of sweetwater clam Tiboy is holding here?
